Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for the successful delivery of sophisticated Salesforce solutions for our customers. These technologies include, but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce products, APIs, Lightning Experience & Component development, Apex/Visualforce, mobile development technologies, and integration middleware/ETL technologies.

Support team for the region in the activation of marketing strategies, provides collaboration to the CDP team, information analysis, and any other team related to the business.

Your Impact

As a CDP Developer, your responsibilities would include:

  • Integrating customer data from various sources within the Salesforce platform, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility for relevant teams.
  • Developing and optimizing customer segmentation models to personalize campaigns and strategies.
  • Ensuring CDP compliance with privacy and data security regulations and aligning internal processes with industry best practices.
  • Implementing data-driven personalization strategies to enhance customer communications relevance.
  • Segmenting audiences effectively to target campaigns to specific groups.
  • Providing detailed reporting and KPI analysis of customer data to facilitate strategic decisions.
  • Adopting new Salesforce features and technologies, including Einstein capabilities, for continuous improvement.
  • Building and managing workflows and automations.
  • Collaborating with marketing, branding, and design teams for end-to-end marketing plan execution.
  • Creating technical and analytical documentation and utilizing tools and repositories for collaboration with business needs.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • At least 2 years of experience in data management and architecture, including integration, quality, segmentation, and modeling.
  • 2-3 years of extensive experience with Salesforce Customer Data Platform and Marketing Cloud, including configuration, administration, and customization.
  • Ability to analyze large customer data volumes and generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform API integrations.
  • Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and translating data into recommendations.
  • Experience in digital marketing channels (Ads, SMS, mobile, etc.) for at least 2 years.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (SQL, Python) for data manipulation and automation within Salesforce.
  • Experience developing LWC (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AMPscript) in Salesforce.
  • Intermediate English skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in marketing or sales.
  • Desirable: Salesforce certifications such as CDP Specialist, Administrator, or Platform App Builder.
