Job summary

Paradise Travel Group in the Riviera Maya seeks a Travel Coordinator - Destination Weddings to help wedding guests book flights, hotels, tours, and travel logistics for memorable getaways. You’ll support guests from inquiry to confirmation, delivering friendly, professional service and seamless arrangements.

Requirements include 1–2 years in Customer Service or Sales, fluent English and conversational Spanish, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Competitive base salary plus bonuses and perks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Customer Service and/or Sales.
• Fluent English and conversational Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work in Mexico.
• Experience selling travel is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with online booking systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Frontline contact for clients requiring room reservations, help, or suggestions.
• Answer questions about itineraries, rates, and reservations in a polite, timely manner.
• Provide travel and activity recommendations based on your knowledge of the region.
• Retain clients through follow-up emails and strong service.
• Take charge, resolve conflicts, and satisfy customers.
• Use the computer reservations system to book accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
