TUI Cruises GmbH in Mexico offers a local Mexican contract with residency required. You will meet and assist guests, selling and advising on online products and services, and solving issues at the airport or hotels.

You’ll uncover guests’ holiday needs, match to the right service or sales opportunities, and track performance with regular sales targets and guest feedback. Growth opportunities and training are provided.

Formación

• Residency in Mexico required.
• Right to work in Mexico and fluent in English.
• Able to sell and advise international guests.

Responsabilidades

• Meet, coordinate, advise, sell, and resolve complex guest issues.
• Assist guests with online products and services.
• Identify guest holiday needs and match with the right service or sales opportunity.
• Monitor and celebrate success with regular sales target updates and guest feedback.
• Learn all TUI Destination Team roles and match skills to the best fit during recruitment.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

• A job in Service at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts from $8,400.MXN gross/month, and your earned commission on top.
• Depending on your role commission earning will come on top. Avarage commission potential from $1,500 USD per month. The more you sell, the more you earn.
• A company iPad & uniform are of course standard.
• Work week of 48 hours with 1.5 days off.
• 16 days of holidays after the first year worked ´we give you two extra days (on your Birthday and one Happy day)
• We pay you for all training days completed plus free access to our TUI Learning Hub, TUI Skills Academy & language lessons.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You could be meeting, coordinating, advising, selling, and/or fixing more complex problems.
• You will be assisting any traditional guests with our online products & services.
• It all starts with you uncovering guests holiday needs and matching them with the right service solution and/or sales opportunities.
• You will be able to monitor and celebrate your success with regular sales target updates and guest feedback results for service provided at the airport, service in your hotels and how well you have ‘solved on the spot’.
• You will learn more about all TUI Destination Team job roles as we identify and match your skills to the most suitable jobs throughout your recruitment experience.
