We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Senior Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Senior Associate (French - Full Time).

• Availability to work 45 hours per week

• Advanced proficiency in French, Portuguese, and Spanish

• Desire to work in an IT environment

• At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service
