We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Senior Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Position: Help Desk Senior Associate - French (Full Time)

Location: Remote (candidate MUST LIVE IN GUADALAJARA)

Requirements:

  1. Availability to work 45 hours per week
  2. Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish
  3. Interest in working in an IT environment
  4. Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
  • Deliver advanced technical support for in-house applications and developments
  • Answer technical support calls and escalate issues as needed
  • Handle support requests via email, documenting troubleshooting steps and incident details
  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
