We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Senior Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Position: Help Desk Senior Associate FRENCH - Full Time

Location: Remote (candidate MUST LIVE IN GUADALAJARA)

Requirements:

1. Availability to work 45 hours per week
2. Advanced Portuguese and Spanish
3. Looking to work in IT Environment
4. 6 months of experience in Customer Service

Activities:

1. General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
2. Advance technical support for in-house applications and developments
3. Answer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groups
4. Provide support based on email generated requests or reports
5. Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and requests
6. Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
