Formación

Descripción del empleo

What you will do?

  • Perform product mechanical design of HVAC units. Interact with the mechanical product engineering team to develop sub-assemblies for manufacturing.
  • Create and revise detailed CAD drawings under product manufacturing direction in accordance with MBOM.

How you will do it?

  • Design electrical harness schematics, piping, and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Develop mechanical 3D models, piping, sheet metal components, and assemblies.
  • Interpret and create 2D engineering drawings.
  • Collaborate with Contract and Product Engineering teams to understand system interactions and constraints, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Develop root cause analysis, document, and resolve design issues.
  • Develop and improve design guidelines and processes.
  • Verify designs using simulation tools.
  • Analyze MBOM information carefully to create or revise drawings.
What are we looking for?
  • HVAC experience required.
  • Proficiency in Creo Parametric or similar CAD software.
  • Experience with PLM Windchill.
  • SAP experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical design.
  • Highly organized with good soft skills, including teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in Industrial Design, Automotive Design, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, or Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
  • Previous experience in relevant design areas.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
