US Tech Solutions is seeking a Product Designer – Design Systems in Cuauhtémoc, Aguascalientes to build a scalable design system from the ground up. You will own both design definition and front-end implementation of reusable UI components, ensuring consistency between Figma and Storybook.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in design systems, hands-on Storybook experience, and strong Figma expertise, with Angular-based implementation preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Design Systems.
• Experience owning or contributing to a Design System or Component Library end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience building reusable components in Storybook.
• Strong experience with Figma component architecture, variants, tokens.
• Experience working with front-end engineering teams.
• Angular-based component implementation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and establish a 0-to-1 Design System, including architecture, tokens, patterns, and guidelines.
• Design and develop reusable UI components in Figma and Storybook.
• Ensure alignment between Figma designs and front-end implementations.
• Define design system governance, naming conventions, contribution models, and documentation standards.
• Create clear component specifications, documentation, and usage guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to drive design system adoption.
• Support front-end component implementation using Angular-based patterns.
• Ensure components meet accessibility, usability, consistency, and scalability standards.
• Contribute to QA and validation of reusable components.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate design system development and documentation.
