Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking an engineer to lead automotive design, development, validation, and release of components and systems. You will define requirements, coordinate with suppliers, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of automotive design experience, strong CAD/FEA knowledge, and leadership and communication skills in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
• 1–2 years in automotive product design, development, validation, and release.
• Experience with CAD tools NX/CATIA and systems like Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R, GD&T, FEA, and Six Sigma.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, integration, validation, and release of automotive systems.
• Define technical requirements and develop cost/quality/timing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage engineering documentation, risk assessments, validation, and design changes.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and launch support.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and manufacturing requirements.
