Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Design & Release Engineer in KM HEV for Aguascalientes, Mexico. The role interfaces with multiple teams to translate objectives into technical requirements and drive integration of system components.

You will contribute to design standards, analyze concepts, and support benchmarking of competitive vehicles while maintaining engineering design practices and advancing new technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, and/or MBA from ABET-accredited university (or equivalent).
• Knowledge Lighting Development, Lighting Measurement, Lighting Simulation using SPEOS or similar tools.
• Experience developing Performance Standards, creating master sections and surface feasibility proposals for PDO.
• Knowledge of CAN/LIN bus and circuit analysis.
• DFSS experience (Green/Black Belt) and Shainin Green Belt preferred.
• NX and Teamcenter knowledge.
• Automotive Interior product design, components, systems design, development and releasing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with cross-functional teams to design and develop functional solutions that meet design requirements and ensure proper interfaces.
• Work with Design/Releasing teams to ensure consistency in requirements, standards, and practices across programs.
• Translate functional objectives into technical requirements and solutions.
• Create and analyze alternative design concepts.
• Integrate system components and support benchmarking of competitive vehicles.
• Maintain core Engineering Design Practices (EDP).
• Implement innovation roadmaps and coordinate advancement of new technologies to improve program timing.
