Akkodis is seeking a Design Release Engineer to support the design, development, validation, and release of brackets and small components within Propulsion Systems.

The ideal candidate has mechanical design experience, familiarity with GD&T, 2D/3D CAD, and software such as Siemens NX or CATIA, with a focus on manufacturability, cost, and quality.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong analytical skills to deliver robust components for propulsion applications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronics/Aeronautical/Electromechanical engineering.
• At least 1 year in Mechanical Design, Product Development or Design Release.
• Experience designing components from scratch.
• Strong GD&T, 2D drawings and 3D CAD modeling knowledge.
• Familiarity with internal combustion engines and materials selection.
• Understanding manufacturing processes and core mechanical calculations.

We are seeking a Design Release Engineer to support the design, development, validation, and release of Brackets and Small Components within Propulsion Systems.

The ideal candidate has experience in mechanical product design and is capable of developing components from concept through production release while considering performance, manufacturability, cost, quality, and validation requirements.

This role requires strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering, materials, manufacturing processes, and component design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Aeronautical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 1+ year of professional experience in Mechanical Design, Product Development, Component Design or Design Release Engineering.
• Experience with Siemens NX and/or CATIA.
• Knowledge of GD&T, 2D drawings and 3D CAD modeling.
• Experience designing components from scratch.
• Understanding of:
