Formación

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the development and timely delivery of fuel, battery, SCR, and other mechatronic systems.
2. Proactively create and modify CAD 3D data.
3. Perform ongoing vehicle package clearance analysis.
4. Take responsibility for creating, reviewing with a drawing checker, and modifying drawings:

• Apply Kautex and customer requirements to drawings.
• Implement standard KICs on Kautex drawings and check applicability.
• Manage datum systems by requesting confirmation from gauge suppliers, quality, plant, manufacturing, and the product development team (PDT).

Understand and apply customer OEM standards.

Apply Kautex guidelines, GD&T concepts, standards, and component specifications.

Manage data within the PLM system and customer database.

Maintain Kautex Standard Check Lists.

Actively participate in design and drawing reviews.

Perform SDL (Simulation in the Design Loop) FEA simulations between design iterations.

Support the creation and improvement of standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Travel regularly to manufacturing locations to understand production processes.

Follow Kautex Data Transfer guidelines, e.g., with DDX Trufusion.

Release CAD data into the customer database as necessary.

Apply VAVE (Value Analysis, Value Engineering) during product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Strong experience with professional 3D CAD systems (preferably CATIA V5 or Unigraphics NX) or similar engineering tools.
• International experience through studying or working abroad is a plus.
• Knowledge of plastics design and processing is highly advantageous.
