Johnson Controls in Durango, Mexico is seeking a Design Engineer to provide design engineering and project oversight, ensuring all deliverables follow the product development process and meet customer expectations.

You will lead complex design of options for current chillers, supervise designers, perform 3D electrical harness routing, 2D drawings, BOM management, and participate in DFMEA/DFMA reviews. English level at least intermediate and proficiency with Creo/AutoCAD are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product development experience.
• Proficient in Creo Parametric and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Windchill PLM and SAP ERP.
• Strong mechanical and electrical design capabilities.
• English at least intermediate (B1).

Responsabilidades

• Provide design engineering and project oversight to ensure all deliverables meet the product development process.
• Lead complex design of options for current chillers and supervise other designers.
• Lead design reviews, audits, DFMEA, and DFMA activities.
• Develop 3D electrical harness routing, schematics, 2D drawings, and BOM management.
