We are looking for engineers to support seat manufacturing and soft trim components.

Key Requirements:

1. Engineering degree
2. Experience in manufacturing, assembly processes, or seat engineering.
3. Ability to analyze and resolve production issues efficiently.
4. Experience with seat components (structures, plastics, trim covers, etc.).
5. Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis & communication skills.
6. Experience in soft trim components & materials (acoustic components, carpets, load floors, etc.).
7. Strong analytical and documentation skills.
