Cencora Mexico is seeking a Depot Operations Associate to support reception, storage, shipment, and disposal of materials under supervision, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance with SOPs and internal guidelines. You will sign off operation jobs, release shipments, and guide depot staff while maintaining accurate records, inventory control, and ongoing process improvements.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in pharma or related field, 2+ years in warehouse operations, CSCP

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in QFB, QFI, or tech degree in pharma.
• A diploma and/or required training in pharmaceutical service is required for this position.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies and signs operation jobs under the supervision of a Depot Pharmacist.
• Releases shipments for distribution under the supervision of a Depot Pharmacist.
• Have deep knowledge of all the protocols stored at WC Depot to guide depot staff.
• Act as Deputy Depot Pharmacist when required, supporting depot activities.
• Maintain compliance with ICH, GMP, GCP, GDP, FDA Good Clinical Practices and local regulations.
