Cencora seeks a Pharmacy Operations Assistant to support the Depot Pharmacist and Auxiliary Pharmacist, handling inbound, outbound and return processes in CTM-Star and ensuring compliance with SOPs for reception, storage and shipment of materials.

You will coordinate shipments between Logistics areas and the Clinical Trials Supply Chain Service Division, monitor material characteristics such as lot numbers, expiration dates and temperatures, and assist with relabeling, stock balancing and

• Experience following SOPs in pharmaceutical logistics.
• Training to verify material labels (ID, expiration, temperature).
• Ability to work with clinical trial materials and shipments.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with SOPs for reception, storage and shipment of materials.
• Train to control material characteristics as per labels.
• Perform inbound, outbound or return processes in CTM-Star.
• Relabel, stock balance and relocate depot materials.
• Coordinate shipments with WC Operations and site coordinations.
• Perform any other duties trained for.
