An established industry player is seeking a Demand Planner to drive demand analysis and ensure timely delivery of products. In this role, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain effective communication and manage customer relationships. Formación

  • 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Demand Planner

What you’ll do:

  1. Demand analysis and leveling
  2. Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  3. Ensure 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD)
  4. Coordinate external customer communication with the plants
  5. Maintain effective communication with external warehouses
  6. Ensure customer EDI transmissions are accurately reflected in the Autoliv System
  7. Manage customer scorecards
  8. Update Operational Performance Indicators (OPI) monthly
  9. Monitor revision changes to prevent obsolescence
  10. Track and update inventory charts
  11. Submit customer claims when necessary

What is required:

  • Engineering and/or bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Proficient in English at a business level
  • Knowledge of customer portals
  • Knowledge of OEM standards or experience working directly with OEMs
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work onsite three times a week
