Job Overview

As a member of our Demand Management Team in the Data and Device business unit this individual will be collaborating on a Global team, creating and maintaining accurate forecasts, and developing a thorough demand plan for our EMS and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) located in various regions while continuously seeking revenue opportunities, improving forecast inputs, and delivering Extraordinary Customer Experiences (ECE) to all stakeholders and customers.

What your background should look like:

As a Demand Analyst II, a typical day may include:

  1. Interface with sales account teams and various product management teams to understand the customer’s business and ensure accurate forecasting
  2. Support the Sales and Product Management Teams
  3. Support the monthly Sales and Operating Planning (S&OP) process
  4. Utilize analytical and statistical forecasting tools to monitor and adjust demand plans
  5. Facilitate consensus discussions between Global Sales, Product Management and Operations teams
  6. Drive continuous improvement on processes and methodologies for collecting information and predicting demand
Qualifications

What your background should look like…

  1. BS Supply Chain, Demand Management or related business degree
  2. 3+ years of experience in supply chain
  3. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. General understanding of statistical forecasting methods and terminology


Nice to have:

  1. Background working with EMS and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
  2. APICS or SIOP Certification
  3. Experience with analytical/forecasting systems – SAP IBP, JDA, Xelus, BO
  4. Prior collaboration in a Global team setting
