FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division seeks a Courier in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. You will ensure courteous delivery and pick-up of packages, complete paperwork, and uphold FedEx service standards while representing the brand professionally.

The requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid license for the vehicle, a good driving record, and the ability to lift 55 lbs and handle up to 150 lbs. Basic English is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic English skills preferred
• One year of experience driving 3.5 ton trucks (or similar)
• Must possess license for vehicle assigned per country regulations
• Good driving record
• Must be 21 years old or older
• Ability to lift 55 lbs (25 kg) and handle up to 150 lbs (68 kg) with equipment
• Good verbal and writing communication skills
• Customer oriented with good organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Provides efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages, representing the company professionally.
• Operates non-articulated vehicles safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Performs accurate and timely sorting and reporting of stop counts and mis-sorts.
• Gathers business from current customers and passes leads to sales; informs about competitor actions.
• Answers customer questions about FedEx service features and keeps customers informed.
• Ensures proper labeling and paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Determines package legality and special handling requirements; separates packages by service type and destination.
• Loads and unloads aircraft, containers, and vehicles; maintains vehicle condition and appearance.
• Maintains supplies and ensures security of goods and materials.
