We are looking for a Delivery Director to join the Management team and participate in projects with multicultural, distributed teams worldwide. We seek proactive, dynamic team players with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail. What You Will Do

• Manage projects using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to implement processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• Ensure HR policies are consistently applied in collaboration with Px.
• Support your team (delivery managers and project managers) and escalate issues to the VP when necessary.
• Define global forecasts for your project portfolio.
• Ensure team compliance with methodologies and processes.
• Work with Account VPs to resolve complex client issues.
• Maintain effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and clients.
• Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout projects.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in software outsourcing project management, including personnel, time and materials, and budgeting.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Management experience in software development.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English proficiency.
