Job summary

UL Solutions in Mexico City is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support scheme documentation and conformity activities. You will review documents, ensure all items meet the scheme checklist, and help prepare final deliverables for customers.

The role involves creating records, issuing and sending certificates, and assisting engineering with scheme-related inquiries while upholding UL's Code of Conduct. This is a hybrid position with global collaboration and regulatory exposure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good working knowledge of basic business software (Microsoft Office) is required.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English is required.

• Follows a defined plan outlining scheme requirement.
• Identifies if all required items (documents, contracts, and/or samples) are available as defined by the scheme checklist.
• Supports sales and engineering with general GMA scheme-related inquiries
• Communicates to internal/external clients regarding required information per checklist, project status and final project deliverables.
• Under general supervision, supports customers in understanding regulatory requirements to access global markets
• Under general supervision, works with cross-functional divisions and teams to ensure projects remain on track
• Supports and participates in continuous improvement concepts and techniques.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required .
• Basic business knowledge. Good working knowledge of basic business software is required (Microsoft suite). Familiarity of the TIC business and/or the various schemes/regulations would be a plus but not required.
• Good communication skills. Ability to speak, read and write in English is required. Any other languages are a plus.
