We are currently seeking a Delivery Analyst - FieldTech to join our team in Veracruz, Veracruz (MX-VER), Mexico (MX).

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team.

Work Location: Veracruz || On-site position

Activities

• Ticket backlog tracking.
• Activity scheduling through the Change Advisory Board.
• Leadership, administration, and staff coordination.
• Conducting client presentations, generating KPIs, and monitoring infrastructure and information technology projects.
• Leadership in the equipment and accessories warehouses.
• The focus of activities is primarily data analysis and reporting.
