Deliver Center Team Lead

Scope: Full-time / Hybrid Model | Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery | Location: Mexico City

The Delivery Center Team Lead is a key role responsible for coordinating a group of individuals within an organization. They provide guidance, support, and mentorship to senior team members, ensuring goals are met and encouraging a productive work environment. Team Leads play a crucial role in driving team performance and supplying to the organization's success. Responsible for the CSP (quoting, Customer pre-check, onboarding, activation, after-sales and support on the tenant allocation and critical issues) for European-based accounts.

Key activities:

  • Ensuring operational indicators and SLA compliance.
  • Identify process deviations.
  • Handle case inventories.
  • Team management: performance review, feedback, mentor, talent identification, strengths, etc.

What we need to see from you

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Economics and Administration preferred.
  • Crucial previous experience orchestrating work teams.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Experience having direct contact with customers - Service, metrics, volume, processes, deliverables.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end process, customer management (the whole client life cycle), to gain the confidence of the team and the stakeholders management.

Nice to Have Background:

  • Experience in the IT Sector or Pharma Sector.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Licensing.

  • Leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, research and resolution skills.
