KWA Analytics is seeking a Senior Databricks Engineer to lead enterprise-scale lakehouse initiatives and client-facing delivery. You will design data platforms, optimize performance, and guide architecture choices across cloud environments.

The role requires strong Python, SQL, Spark expertise, 5+ years data engineering and 3+ years with Databricks, plus excellent communication for stakeholder collaboration and leadership responsibilities.

Formación

• 5+ years in data engineering/cloud analytics.
• 3+ years with Databricks.
• Strong Python, SQL, Spark, and distributed processing expertise.
• Hands-on experience across Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
• Experience with lakehouse architecture, governance, CI/CD.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement enterprise data platforms using Databricks Lakehouse architecture.
• Lead migration of legacy data warehouses to modern cloud environments.
• Build scalable pipelines with Apache Spark and Delta Lake.
• Implement governance and security using Unity Catalog.
• Tune cluster performance and optimize cost efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical designs.
• Work directly with stakeholders and business leaders.
