SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a data- and BI-focused analyst to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, perform ad-hoc analyses in Snowflake, and help in building dbt data models for scalable reporting. The role emphasizes storytelling with data, attention to detail, and the ability to train business users on self-service analytics.

Formación

• Experience building dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Strong SQL skills including Snowflake querying.
• Familiarity with dbt and data modeling concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Build dashboards & reports in Tableau and/or Power BI from requirements.
• Analyze manufacturing, operational, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Write SQL queries in Snowflake for reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
• Collaborate on dbt models feeding dashboards and reports.
• Document data definitions and metric calculations, and provide dashboard usage guides.
• Provide training and support to business users to promote self-service analytics.
