Stefanini LATAM is seeking a data analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that deliver actionable insights across manufacturing and finance teams. You will own end-to-end reporting, perform SQL-based data extraction in Snowflake, and contribute to dbt models and data storytelling.

The role requires 2+ years of experience with a portfolio of dashboards, advanced English skills, and a willingness to work in the Zapopan office 3 days per week.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or BI/reporting analyst.
• Portfolio of dashboards/reports delivered to business stakeholders.
• Advanced English skills are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Build dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI for actionable insights.
• Analyze manufacturing, operational, and financial data to identify trends.
• Write SQL queries in Snowflake for data extraction and validation.
• Collaborate on dbt models and participate in data modeling.
• Document data definitions and provide user training for self-service analytics.
