Nagarro is looking for a BI/Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. You will work with Snowflake to extract and transform data, and contribute to dbt modeling to feed dashboards.

A strong focus on data storytelling and stakeholder collaboration will drive decisions across teams. The role requires 2+ years of experience, a portfolio of dashboards, and solid SQL skills; Python is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as data/BI analyst with dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Portfolio of dashboards and reports demonstrating impact.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI with advanced features.

Responsabilidades

• Build dashboards & reports in Tableau and/or Power BI and own full lifecycle from requirements to production visualizations.
• Analyze manufacturing, operational, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities; tell data stories.
• Write SQL queries in Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Contribute to dbt model development; support staging and mart models for dashboards.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define reporting requirements and data sources.
• Document data definitions, metrics, and dashboard usage; train users for self‑service analytics adoption.
