Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to design and lead cloud initiatives on Google Cloud Platform in Mexico. You will drive migrations, modernization programs and robust cloud architectures for enterprise clients, aligning security, governance and DevOps practices.

You will guide data, analytics and AI/ML efforts on GCP, mentor engineers, and contribute to Capgemini's Cloud Center of Excellence. The role emphasizes leadership, client engagement and strategic technology decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Define enterprise cloud architecture, standards and best practices.
• Architect solutions using GCP services (GKE, Compute Engine, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI).
• Implement cloud security, governance and compliance frameworks.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD and IaC (Terraform).
• Support data, analytics and AI/ML initiatives on GCP.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Mentor cloud engineers and contribute to growth of COE.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution design and proposals.
