Monks is seeking a Data Scientist to contribute to digital marketing use cases through statistical methods, data mining and data engineering. You will work with Analytics, Media Account Management, and Technical Solutions Engineering teams to build propensity models, segmentation, churn, and recommendations.

Qualificações

• MSc or higher in a quantitative STEM field such as Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics.
• 3+ years of data science experience including statistical modeling and ML for forecasting, classification and optimization.
• Hands-on experience deploying models, governance and MLOps.
• Experience analyzing large data sets with Python or R.
• Experience using SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Nurture client understanding of the importance of building and testing data-driven strategies.
• Use predictive modeling to increase customer experiences, revenue, ad targeting and outcomes.
• Use statistical analysis and ML libraries to quantify influence of online activities on conversions.
• Deploy cloud resources to perform analysis on large data sets (Azure, AWS, GCP or other).
• Create ML pipelines from data wrangling to production deployment.
• Utilize data visualization to explain data and models to clients and internal teams (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Mine data to support analytical projects and prepare data for information models.
• Design and manage experiments ensuring data cleanliness and statistical significance.
• Act as a consultative resource to help clients understand testing processes quality.
• Participate in discovery workshops, feasibility analyses, planning and estimations.
• Manage projects with deadlines, roadmaps, priorities, and milestones.
