Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record; master’s preferred.
• 2+ years applying machine learning and data mining to large datasets.
• Strong background in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or physics.
• Ability to lead and drive model development independently, balancing quality and deadlines.
• Proven track record in prototyping and applying advanced analytical methods.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other language (e.g., R, Scala, SQL).
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL) and large datasets.
• Business-level language fluency, both verbally and in writing, in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to develop impactful analytics solutions.
• Grow as a technologist by contributing to cutting‑edge projects and R&D efforts.
• Partner with clients to understand needs, translate problems into analytical challenges, and build models.
• Ensure models are evaluated with relevant metrics and deliver real‑world impact.
• Work with data scientists, data engineers, ML engineers, designers, and product managers globally.
