QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey in Monterrey is seeking a data/ML professional to collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams on analytics solutions. You will translate business problems into analytical challenges, build models, and deliver measurable improvements across industries.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record; master’s preferred.
• 2+ years applying machine learning and data mining to large datasets.
• Strong background in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or physics.
• Ability to lead and drive model development independently, balancing quality and deadlines.
• Proven track record in prototyping and applying advanced analytical methods.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other language (e.g., R, Scala, SQL).
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL) and large datasets.
• Business-level language fluency, both verbally and in writing, in English and Spanish.
