We are looking for a Data Scientist and AI Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and management of data science and AI solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building predictive models and autonomous AI agents while managing products like the FBS Marketplace platform. You will focus on creating an ecosystem of reusable AI services that can be integrated across various projects. You will work closely with AI experts and IT teams to design software architectures and implement scalable solutions. We are seeking an independent problem solver who is passionate about applying modern technologies like LangChain and LangGraph to real-world industrial challenges.

Responsibilities

• You will lead the data science and AI analytics for assigned projects, including the assembly of data, building data pipelines, and performing predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• You will serve as the lead for the FBS Marketplace, ensuring that data science models and AI architecture are built as modular, reusable components to minimize technical debt and maximize utility across the company.

More specifically:

• Collaborate with PREs , business experts to understand their requirements and overall business needs and translate high-level ideas into well-defined mathematical problems
• Collaborate with IT partners to ensure that the AI/ML solutions are deployed seamlessly
• You will design and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph to automate complex business workflows and reasoning tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or Engineering degree or a related field of study
• 2 + years experience in a data analytics role including running queries, compiling data, and manipulating data from separate sources to form unified sets for analysis.
• 2+ years experience in predictive analytics including machine learning and experience writing algorithms in Python, Scala, or similar languages.
• 2+ years experience in at least one of the following languages: Python, PySpark, SQL, or similar languages
