Clari + Salesloft is seeking a Data Scientist to join a fast-growing team in a hybrid Guadalajara role. You will conduct innovative ML research and build product feature prototypes that deliver value to our customers, solving business problems using in-house data and technical expertise.

You will apply advanced statistical techniques, collaborate across teams, own complex projects, and contribute to expanding our AI capabilities.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as AI Researcher, Data Scientist, or ML Engineer.
• Experience delivering research components from design to model deployment.
• Strong proficiency in AI agent systems, NLP, and classical ML methods.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate research into actionable insights.

Job Title: Data Scientist Location: Guadalajara, Mexico, Hybrid

This is a remote/hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Guadalajara, Mexico office as needed. Candidates must be based in Guadalajara.

THE OPPORTUNITY

At Clari + Salesloft, our Data Scientists are pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing data science team and will conduct innovative machine learning research and build product feature prototypes that will deliver value to our customers.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for solving business problems using our in-house data and your technical prowess.

• Apply advanced statistical techniques and concepts to analyze data from the company databases and other unstructured data sources to build innovative product features, marketing content, and internal services.
• Invest in the sales engagement domain; collaborate with product, engineering, sales, customer success, and other teams to understand business and customer needs, and translate them to tangible data science problems.
• Own and manage complex projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the rapid growth of the research organization, being flexible in data engineering, algorithmist, and analyst responsibilities as they arise.

Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in helping us push the boundaries of what's possible in AI for sales by taking ownership of complex projects and seeing them through to completion. We operate in a dynamic environment where our project timelines more closely align with engineering sprints than academic papers. We value intellectual curiosity and encourage researchers to voice feedback and help prioritize projects that will have the biggest impact.

THE SKILL SET

• 2+ years of experience as an AI Researcher, Data Scientist, or ML Engineer.
• Experience delivering components of research projects, from experimental design to implementing models.
• Strong proficiency in AI agent systems, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and classic machine learning methodologies.
• A collaborative spirit with a passion for sharing knowledge with your peers.
• Experience turning research findings into actionable insights for technical partners.
• Excellent communication skills; you must be able to articulate complex technical concepts familiarity with python for data processing, ML, AI agents familiarity with frameworks for agentic AI (LangGraph, Google ADK, Open AI Agents SDK etc)
