A leading analytics firm is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to work remotely from Mexico. Candidates must have a strong background in statistical analysis and A/B testing, along with expertise in Python and SQL. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead data-driven insights in a B2C environment. Ideal for Mexican citizens or those with a work permit visa living in Mexico.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience designing, running and interpreting A/B tests.
• Experience analyzing observational data at scale in real-world settings.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices.

Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities:

• Part of a cross-disciplinary team, collaborating closely with product managers, business stakeholders, data engineers and other data analysts and data scientists in B2C business areas.

• Lead the design, analysis and interpretation of product experiments

• Identify and evangelize key performance indicators to be used in product experimentation

• Carry out causal inference from observational data

• Present your findings to technical and business stakeholders

• Actively mentor others, contribute to product experimentation and measurement learning and development paths

Qualifications:

• Bachelors, Masters or PhD in statistics or econometrics

• Deep statistical skills and at least 3+ years hands-on experience designing, running and interpreting A/B tests and analyzing observational data at scale in a real-world setting

• Strong programming (e.g. python) and SQL skills and understanding of software engineering best practices

• User-centric and product mindset

• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead large organizations through influence

• Continuous learning and improvement mindset
