Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Scientist who will independently own and drive Data Science workstreams, focusing on modern AI, LLM initiatives, NLP, and large-scale data processing. Candidates bring 5+ years in data science, hands-on Python, strong ML, and ability to analyze large datasets, with excellent communication to translate insights into business impact.

Job Description

This Senior Data Scientist will independently own and drive Data Science workstreams within the Data Science organization supporting multiple areas of the business. The role will focus heavily on modern AI and LLM initiatives and include Machine Learning, RAG, statistical analysis, NLP, model evaluation, and large-scale data processing. The Senior Data Scientist will work closely with Engineering teams to move solutions toward production and is expected to operate with minimal supervision, independently solving problems and driving assigned initiatives from concept through delivery.
