Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The role is responsible for Data Product Management Sr Analyst, which might include demand shaping, estimates, requirements definitions, project plan creation, project management follow-up, budget management, testing, deployment, and hypercare for analytics projects executed in the region.

Your Impact

As Data Product Management Sr Analyst, your responsibilities would include:

  • Capturing demand and delivering project estimates adhering to the Data & AI Work in Take process as well as the PepsiCo Methodology.
  • Maintaining strong communication with the team, business, and extended IT teams.
  • Partnering with Data & AI functional & technical associates, Enterprise Architects, and Sector Lead to enable digital product solutions that meet business strategies, support enterprise direction, and drive cost efficiencies.
  • Coordinating work activities with other Data & AI and S&T teams.
  • Managing risks, issues, and change impacting digital product delivery and overall project execution if applicable.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Highly analytical, motivated, and self-driven.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle ambiguity while managing multiple priorities and projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management/delivery.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a team to deliver commercialized digital products, not just standalone projects.
  • Understanding of data, systems, and end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas.
  • Broad knowledge of other technologies to execute project deliverables and support business solutions.
  • Ideally, experience in CPG industries.
