PPG is seeking a detail-oriented professional for data management duties. This role involves executing Blanket Purchase Agreements, researching data sources, and collaborating with analysts. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience with ERP systems, alongside strong skills in data analysis and advanced English proficiency.
Responsible for daily execution of complex creations and updates of Blanket Purchase Agreement aligned to defined policies and proceudres. Achieves data entry operational objectives by contributing information for strategic plans and reviews, responsible for creation and maintenance of BPA´s, Infor Records and other related pricing tasks, preparing and completing action plans.
Research data sources to verify validity of this information when warranted. Also be responsible for aiding the Data Analysts in designing reports for specific client use and training clients and coworkers in the use of data storage and retrieval systems.
Actively participates in data projects and define special requirements.
Supports business projects as required.
Understand and demonstrate competency in all procedures and principles of data management.
Direct interface with internal customers for follow-up, clarification, verification, validity and trouble shooting.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment and adjust to changes necessary to meet ever changing timelines.
Skills:
Bachelor's Degree and/or 2 - 4 years equivalent combination of education and experience dealing with ERP systems or relevant business experience.
Knowledge of business processes by functional area and business unit to ensure complete and accurate alignment of data.
