Job summary

PPG Industries in Mexico is seeking a Data Management professional to collect and report management data to support daily operations, planning, and performance improvements. The role involves developing master data records in Oracle R12, validating data requests, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and standardized processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and their practical application in data analysis, process improvement, or operational efficiency.

• Resolve data issues, duplicates, and inconsistencies.

As Data Management collect and report management data to support decisions on daily operations, strategic planning and performance issues and improvements. Use data to obtain quantifiable economic benefit to accrue market share, revenue or cost savings (internal monetization). Collate, models, interprets and analyzes data; explain variances and trends. Identify and documents enhancements to modeling techniques. Responsibilities typically include: Work under close management and receive detailed instruction, guidance and direction on all assignments.
