As a Data Entry Specialist, you will interpret source documents in a variety of formats, apply proper guidelines to enter source data, and utilize company policies and procedures to analyze, research, and enter data to create a reliable, cost-efficient end product. You will be responsible for converting various types of data from multiple formats into a format acceptable to the particular database. We are seeking applicants with strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to gather and analyze data.

What you will be doing:

• Utilize various software programs to manipulate, parse, normalize, and clean data.
• Interpret data relevance according to business rules and processes to meet user expectation requirements.
• Enter data, conduct data verification and quality analyses, and perform data corrections as required.
• Evaluate electronic media for data content and perform quality assurance checks on final products.
• Conduct research for exception reporting.

What you will likely bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas and tables).
• English proficiency (written 70% and spoken 50%).
• Understanding of computers, mainframe databases, and spreadsheet and data processing programs to perform data processing and quality assurance functions on various platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to product guidelines/procedures to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in assignments.

• Ability to process and analyze data quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access (nice to have, not required).
