This position requires data entry for the department and to enter the data on our MRP system with quality and speed. The role involves contemplating and revising the information while following the step-by-step order entry process outlined in the Work Instruction to provide the best service possible, securing the information with quality and a fast-paced manner, and completing hourly and daily goals by entering orders for patients.
Responsibilities include:
Entering a high volume of orders.
Receiving feedback effectively.
Making decisions to process orders accordingly before moving to manufacturing or the Distribution Center.
Minimum requirements:
Advanced computer skills.
Order entry experience or customer service experience in similar roles.
English proficiency at a middle-advanced level, both spoken and written.
Experience of at least 6 months in a call center or related area, such as data entry operator or customer service operator.
Recruitment process will be on April 16th and 17th at 7:30 a.m.
