A leading sales organization in Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented data specialist to enrich and maintain sales data. The successful candidate will manage CRM records, ensure accuracy, and support outreach efforts. Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets are essential, alongside previous CRM experience. This remote role is ideal for those who excel in data management and organization.

Formación

  • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Previous experience working in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Responsabilidades

  • Enriching and updating prospect and customer data in our CRM.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and lists for the sales team.
  • Ensuring clean, accurate, and complete records to support outreach efforts.
  • Helping identify and fill in missing data points (contacts, emails, company info, etc.).
  • Supporting sales leadership with reporting and list organization.

Overview

The primary responsibility is to enrich and maintain sales data so our sales team is always set up for success. This person will play a key role in making sure our CRM, prospect lists, and reports are accurate, up to date, and optimized for outreach.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Enriching and updating prospect and customer data in our CRM
