PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead data engineering workstreams, design data pipelines, and guide teams in cloud-based solutions. You’ll work across advisory, assurance, tax and business services, translating business needs into scalable data infrastructure and insights.

Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential. You will motivate teams, manage timelines, and apply tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, and Airflow to deliver

As a Data Engineering Manager you will lead data engineering workstreams focused on designing and building data infrastructure, data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions that help clients turn raw data into usable insights. As a Manager you will motivate and coach team members, guide performance, and direct project work with sound judgment while handling ambiguity, managing timelines, and bringing a practical business lens to client needs within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will help shape delivery across client support work, apply technology and innovation to data solutions, and contribute to work that supports informed decision-making and business growth.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
• Demonstrating data pipeline delivery in managed services settings
• Leveraging cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure
• Coordinating data quality, observability, and platform maintenance activities
• Leading project planning, budgeting, and execution across teams
• Mentoring junior professionals through feedback and work reviews
