Formación

• Mínimo 8 años en plataformas de datos, 5 años en la nube, 3 años en Azure.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión y capacitación de talento junior.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pipelines de datos escalables y procesos ETL usando Azure Databricks.
• Escribir y optimizar consultas PL/SQL para extracción de datos.

What you’ll do?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Databricks.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Write and optimize PL/SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Develop and maintain scripts using PySpark and Python for data processing and analysis.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and queries.
• Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data engineering processes and solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers and team members.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 8 years in data platforms, 5 years on cloud, 3 years on Azure.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work independently directly with client product owner and business analyst.
• Minimum 2 years experience in managing and coaching junior talent.
