Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) is seeking an experienced Data Engineer Analyst to design and implement end-to-end data pipelines. You will bridge business needs with technology solutions, delivering scalable data platform components and ensuring data quality.

The role involves collaboration across analytics teams and client workshops in a multinational setting. Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of experience, strong Python skills, Spark/dbt exposure, and advanced English.

Formación

• 1-3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of course of study/ Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
• Advanced English level.
• Python: writes modular, production-grade code; applies OOP patterns; familiar with testing frameworks (pytest).
• Data Engineering: Hands-on experience with Spark, dbt, or similar; designs medallion architectures

Responsabilidades

• As an Analyst you will function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
• Analysts gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP .
• Design and deliver data pipelines and platform components.
• Designs end-to-end data pipelines including ingestion, transformation, and load layers.
• Implements data quality frameworks and observability practices.
• Collaborate with Analytics and AI engineers to align data models with consumption needs.
• Contributes to technical documentation and data dictionaries.
• Participates in client workshops; translates business requirements into technical designs.
