Thales Group in Mexico City offers a Customer Service & Sales Operations internship focusing on data analysis, reporting, and customer service collaboration. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to support both customer service and sales operations while developing communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience in sales operations, customer service management, and will help you grow in a dynamic, security-conscious environment.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Preferably be in the 5th semester or at least one year away from finishing credits.

Responsabilidades

• Record and control the order demand.
• Record and track the forecast, sales and data regarding orders.
• Track sales data and forecast to manufacturing.
• Work alongside Customer Services and Sales Operations providing support.
