Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with graduation expected May/June 2027.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Interest in customer service, sales support, commercial processes and business operations.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Service-oriented, accountable, responsive, willing to learn and follow established processes.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Operations Support: Support daily sales operations activities and structured processes to achieve team objectives
• Customer Support: Assist with customer requests, gather relevant information, and coordinate inquiries with internal teams
• Commercial Support: Support pricing activities, commercial offers, Volume Price Agreements, and related data updates
• Sales Forecasting: Collect, validate, and maintain data to support sales forecasting activities
• CRM & Data Management: Maintain customer and opportunity information in SAP CRM and other business systems
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and update standard reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business decisions
• Account Administration: Support credit reviews, account reconciliation, RFQ documentation, and product change communications
