Paylocity in Guadalajara, MX is seeking a Data Conversion Associate I. This 100% in-office role focuses on formatting client data for import into Paylocity’s product suite, collaborating with Implementation and HR Consultants, and delivering accurate, detail-oriented work.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, strong English, and excellent Excel skills, with experience using Able2Extract, AutoHotKey, and PDF converters to support data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business-level English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Adept attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Creative problem solving and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Intermediate MS Office with strong Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Convert and apply employee and company data into Paylocity’s product suite.
• Perform quality assurance checks using standard reports and audits.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate to optimize data entry processes.
• Develop data knowledge and support future data manipulation techniques.
