Job Description

Supports security installations, uninstallation, and moderate security infrastructure projects. Handles non-standard work requests, coordinates with vendors, tracks customer security tickets, and assists in report and audit preparations. Responds to security incidents, supports incident reporting, and maintains security infrastructure, including preventive maintenance and asset management. Collaborates with vendors, site management, and stakeholders to ensure security compliance and system updates. Requires a high school diploma and 2-4 years of relevant experience; knowledge of AMAG system is a plus. Fluency in English (B2 level) is required.
