Hewlett Packard Co. in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico is seeking a Customer Support Data Automation Analyst (Intermediate) to automate data flows and support month-end processes.

You will maintain Python scripts, Power Automate flows, and data processing integrations to improve efficiency and data quality. The role requires hands-on data processing, proficiency in Excel, and working knowledge of Power BI maintenance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years in data processing, automation, reporting, or related role.
• Hands-on experience maintaining scripts or automated workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Data Automation & Optimization: Develop and maintain automation for routine data flows.
• Script Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and update Python scripts, Power Automate flows, and data processing integrations.
• Process Improvement: Identify recurring manual tasks and contribute to automation projects.
• Customer Support: Assist internal customers with data requests and issue resolutions.
• Data Validation & Reconciliation: Collect missing data, perform checks, monitor data quality.
• Month-End Support: Complete data processing and validation activities for month-end close.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of scripts, workflows, checks, and troubleshooting steps.
