A utility management firm based in Mexico is looking for a detail-oriented Data and Operations Support Specialist. This remote role focuses on ensuring smooth software syncs for property management partners and supporting the account management team with accurate data. Ideal candidates should have strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, experience in CRM systems like HubSpot, and excellent troubleshooting abilities.

At the same time, we provide property managers with a new revenue stream, making their lives easier and more profitable.
Now, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Data and Operations Support Specialist to join our Account Management team. This role will focus on ensuring smooth software syncs for our property management partners, keeping systems accurate and up to date, and supporting the account management team in driving partner success.
Monitoring and ensuring all partner software syncs are running smoothly
Troubleshooting sync issues and escalating to Engineering when needed
Maintaining accurate partner records in our CRM (HubSpot) and internal systems
Updating and cleaning data to ensure reliability across tools and reports
Supporting account managers with reporting, performance tracking, and list organization
Identifying and filling in missing partner data points (contacts, emails, company info, etc.)
Assisting the team with special projects and data requests during slower cycles
Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
Experience working in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Detail-oriented with excellent computer navigation skills
Comfortable troubleshooting and documenting software/data issues
Organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
