Descripción del empleo

Job Description

Pursue the development of the right delivery model and Governance for our Business, becoming a trusted partner with all Skill Teams. Rather than mastering a single platform, you will bring a solid software-engineering foundation that lets you adapt quickly as our automation and low-code tooling evolves. Embrace Technology, AI, and Design Thinking to drive Intelligent, Agentic Automation and Data Integrity, leverage advancements to gain insight-driven improvements, reduce costs, and drive value for the enterprise. Own the Integration management and coordination for Dealer-facing applications/initiatives, providing Cycle Plan Vision.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, lead, execute, and support the Hyper Automation initiative, evolving it toward AI-driven and agentic automation as its next stage of maturity.
  • Support Ford of Mexico Strategic Priorities.
  • Design and build agentic AI solutions for internal stakeholders — architecting multi-agent systems that automate and optimize End-to-End workflows (e.g., procurement, scoping, and reporting deliverables), rather than relying on a single fixed automation platform.
  • Understand the enterprise Point of View on End-to-End Processes and adapt solutions as the corporate tooling landscape changes (e.g., transitions across low-code/automation suites).
  • Continuously optimize the team's deliverables and tasks, identifying where AI and automation can compress cycle times, remove manual effort, and raise quality.
  • Drive efforts to keep abreast of external and internal products, industry benchmarking, AI advancements, and other competitive information.
  • Ensure the appropriate use of project management and demand management tools, techniques, processes, and methods such as Product Backlogs and capacity plans.
  • Ensure on-time delivery using Agile, engaging in practices such as paired programming and automated testing.
  • Support the change management strategy and process, and ensure awareness of corrective actions to deliver value plans.
  • Create clear technical and user documentation of new enhancements and projects delivered.
  • Collaborate closely with your team, developers around the globe, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical experience in:
    • Python 3.x, Java / JS (+2 year)
    • SQL / PostgreSQL (+2 years)
    • Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise automation / low-code platform — e.g., Pega Platform and/or Pega Robotic Automation., Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate), or equivalent (+2 year)
    • Good understanding of Web services, REST APIs, Cloud Technology, and JSON (+1 year)
    • Applied Artificial Intelligence — building solutions with LLMs and/or agentic frameworks (+1 year)
  • Strong knowledge of software development principles, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and architecture (+2 years). This foundation is prioritized over expertise in any single automation platform.
  • English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Understand and operate in a global context.
  • Manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively.
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Partner with others and foster teamwork, with a "can do" positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Great communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Effective stakeholder relationships.
Desired Skills
  • Apply analytical skills to create and validate compelling and persuasive business cases.
  • Experience building multi-agent / agentic AI systems (e.g., Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks).
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), using CI/CD tools and pipelines, e.g., Tekton, Cloud Build, etc.
  • Experience with Jira, Rally, backlogs, iterations, user stories, or similar Agile tools.
  • Power BI(+1 year)
